Did you know the average American eats 150-180 pounds of sugar per year!
High-fructose corn syrup has caused an increase in metabolic disorders such as increased appetite, weight gain, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and dementia. The consumption of HFCS from soft drinks is causing fatty liver's which is now affecting 70 million people in this country alone! We as parents need to be more aware of what our children are consuming!
