According to researcher Ross Whitehead the more fresh produce people eat the healthier and better their skin looks. An increase in consumption of fruits and vegetables gave skin a healthy glow. The researchers attributed the improvements to the carotenoids which are the red & yellow pigments found naturally in fruits and vegetables.
