Multivitamins Help Build Better Brains

One way to bolster brain function may be as simple as taking a multivitamin everyday. British researchers studied the effects of multivitamin supplementation on mood and cognition among adults and children. They found that women did well on tests that measured their ability to multitask effectively and men showed improvements in cognitive function and and greater feelings of vigor.
