10 Steps to Reduce Your Overall Exposure & Enhance Detoxification Mechanisms

  1. Eat organically-grown fruits & vegetables
  2. Reduce meat consumption and switch to organically-raised meat when you do indulge.
  3. Consume fish with minimal toxic metal levels.
  4. Consume healthy fats.
