Benefits of Cherries

Cherries contain small amounts of vitamins A, B, C, and E, as well as all minerals and trace elements: calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, sodium, potassium, zinc, copper, and manganese. Cherries contain small amounts of organic acids which act as stimulants to the digestive system and as blood purifiers. Cherries have shown to be beneficial for the following conditions when eaten regularly:
  • obesity
  • diabetes
  • arthritis
  • gout
  • chronic rheumatism
  • arteriosclerosis
  • chronic constipation
