Etiquette
Please dress appropriately for services at Queen's Health Centers II. Some services require the removal of jewelry and shoes.
Please do not use perfumes or cologne as many of our clients have allergies and sensitivities.
In consideration of our other guests and the quality of your appointment experience, please refrain from cell phone use and keep phone or pager on silent.
Scheduling
It is our goal to make your visit at Queen's Health Centers II a most pleasurable experience. Please allow enough time to relax and enjoy your stay.
Arrival Times
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for all scheduled services.
Reservations
Try to make appointments at least one week in advance, so that your choice of time and clinician can be more easily honored. Weekend and evening appointments may require a much longer time period.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals
Cancellations
Queen's Health Centers II requires at least 24 hours in advance if an appointment that needs to be rescheduled or cannot be kept. Without proper notification, cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals for Queen's Health Centers II services will not receive an extension and will be responsible for the entire service fee. Depending on the service and the availability of the staff, if a customer is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment — and there is not a reasonable expectation of finishing on time — the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Non refundable services
The staff members at Queen’s Health Center II (QHC II) are not medical doctors. The staff members provide nutritional and other health-related information with the intention to help our customers attain and maintain optimal health. They will help determine which nutrients a customers needs to improve their health. All recommendations are designed to help move a customer towards their best state of health through personal recommendations in lifestyle, exercise, healthy habits and advanced nutrition. All therapies should be done in conjunction with a health care provider of the customer's own choosing. The staff members of QHC II do not diagnose, treat or claim to cure any diseases.
Any fees or charges for our consultation, nutritional and other health-related services are not refundable.
Guarantee
We guarantee all of our products, if for any reason you are not 100 % satisfied we will refund your total purchase price less shipping and handling.
Products will be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. If a product is on backorder you will be notified with expected time of shipment.
Gift Certificates
1. Gift certificates are solely redeemable for service and/or retail products at either the Queen’s Health Center (Store) or Queen’s Health Center II, where they were purchased.
2. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
3. Any unused balance will be maintained on the gift card and is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. After 18 months of non-use, a service fee of $2.50 per month will be deducted until the balance is depleted.
4.Other discounts and promotions are not valid towards gift certificate purchasing, unless otherwise specified.
5. Purchases that exceed the amount of the gift certificate, must be paid for at redemption.
6. Queen's Health Centers are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Lost or stolen certificates are not replaced or refunded.
7. Queen's Health Centers will provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates as available.
8. Queen's Health Centers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its own discretion.
Shipping
All orders including Gift certificates will be shipped as indicated in check out — pick up at Queen's Health Center, or shipped First Class U.S. Mail. We only ship to the United States, US Territories and APO/AFO addresses. Anticipate arrival from First Class U.S. delivery from Souderton, PA to delivery destination, typically 2 to 7 business days.
Should there be questions about delivery or gift information the designated contact will be notified. Do to the sensitive nature of gift giving, until a reply is received Queen's Health Center reserves the right to hold the order. Otherwise orders ship out next day, orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday.
