Fruits & Vegetables for Better Skin

According to researcher Ross Whitehead the more fresh produce people eat the healthier and better their skin looks. An increase in consumption of fruits and vegetables gave skin a healthy glow. The researchers attributed the improvements to the carotenoids which are the red & yellow pigments found naturally in fruits and vegetables. So fresh produce is not only healthy but helps to keep us looking beautiful! pos
