There has been a lot written in eastern medical theory about the dangers of sweating for certain types i.e. vata constitution (ayurvedic medicine) or yin deficient constitution (chinese medicine)theoretically cannot afford to lose anymore body fluids. Many of those individuals already have low blood pressure and low body weight have Still I question that most of these individuals also suffer from some type of excess heat or damp toxins that the body is having a hard time getting rid of. Not sure what my conclusions are at this time. Anybody have any experience or comments?
