Dried Plums Improve Bone Health

Studies have indicated that dried plums, or prunes are an effective tool to help prevent both bone fracture and osteoporosis. This fruit has been proven to reverse bone loss in postmenopausal women who have osteopenia, a precursor to osteoporosis. Eating two prunes a day is a great way to keep your bones healthy.
