CLA a Fat Burner

CLA also known as conjugated linoleic acid, is lacking in the majority of our diets today. We do not make CLA in our bodies, we can obtain it from grass-fed beef and dairy products. However, you need to make sure that it is grass-fed beef because most cattle today are not grazing out in pastures.  Studies found that by 1990s the CLA content in U.S. milk was less than 1 percent. In Australia the cattle still graze out in pastures and they found the CLA content to be a gigantic 400 percent! You can purchase CLA in capsule form and the typical dosage is 1,ooomg per capsule, taken three times per day.
