Symptoms of Low Serotonin

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter and is also known as our happy hormone. When this hormone is low you may experience the following symptoms:
  • loss of pleasure in hobbies & interests
  • overwhelmed with ideas to manage
  • feelings of inner rage
  • feelings of paranoia
  • feeling sad or down for no reason
  • not enjoying life
  • lack of artistic appreciation
  • depressed in overcast weather
  • losing enjoyment for favorite foods
  • losing interest in friendships and relationships
  • difficulty falling into a deep restful sleep
  • being more susceptible to pain
  • feelings of unprovoked anger
If you have some of these symptoms you may want to supplement with a product that contains 5-HTP, B6 and folic acid and a high-quality multivitamin.
In good health,
Shana Burns, CN
